All is set for the Fourth Edition of the much anticipated AFRICA’s NAIL ART COMPETITION proudly organised by Nectar Beauty Academy.  Scheduled to take place at the Beauty West Africa Exhibition, from the 29th of November – 1st of December 2022, 10am to 4pm daily at the Landmark Centre, Lagos.

Africa’s Nail Art Competition was launched in October 2015, by Beatrice Eneh, and is aimed at developing, appreciating and empowering nail professionals within the Beauty Industry. Over the years, the competition has attracted more 4000 applicants and is a life changing experience.

The Top 20 Finalists stand the chance to win – A trophy for (1st – 3rd Positions), Cash Prizes, Hampers & lots of other exciting giveaways. While all Top 50 applicants will receive free skill-acquisition/training.

MEET THE JUDGES

Lanre Da Silva Ajayi

Lanre Da Silva Ajayi (LDA) is the founder of eponymous design label. In seventeen years her passion for fashion has gotten stronger making the label a fashion favourite among the media, celebrities and fashion lovers.

Linda Edozien

Linda Edozien is the founder, MD/CEO of Barazahi Limited.  Having successfully completed several courses in skincare and beauty including the London School of Beauty (United Kingdom), Linda was able to raise the necessary capital and create a haven which is one of the most respected Spas in the country.

Olga Senina

Olga Senina is a certified international nail specialist from Russia with 14 years of experience in nail grooming. Olga was the 3rd Runner up at the First Edition of African Nail Competition and has since then impacted the Nail industry by Training a lot of Nigerians in Lagos.

Dayo Samuel

Dayo Samuel is one of Nigerian best Artistic Nail Technician who has shown distinct talent and has trained a lot of Nail technicians who now entrepreneurs. He is the CEO of DayoSamuels Nails Located in Lekki Phase 1 and is well known for His design and Flawless skills in Extremely long nail extensions

Olutayo Adebowale Odeyemi

Olutayo Adebowale Odeyemi ia an indigene of Osun state and has  been in the nail industry for 7years. He is the most recent winner of the west African nail art competition and is returning this year as a Judge to handover the baton to the anticipated winner in the 2022 Edition of the West African Nail Art Competition

Beatrice Eneh

Beatrice N. Eneh is an Entrepreneur with global experience working with Multinationals across multiple industries. Beatrice N. Eneh holds an MEng from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), an MBA from Lancaster University Management School (UK). She has founded many companies and Seats on Various Boards.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email on or before the 25th November 2022. All Participants are required to bring 2 Models for each day of the competition. Free training for shortlisted candidates & other invited Nail Technicians will hold as from 1.30 to 2.30pm on the 29th and 30th of November, 2022
