After reading our BiL Contributor, Chizo’s, Dermaplaning Experience (click here), we were curious to know how her skin was doing post treatment. We had a number of questions to ask her but we narrowed it down to the 3 we figured most people will be curious about.
Any adverse reactions post procedure?
Chizo: No, there were absolutely no adverse reactions.
How often would you advise getting Dermaplan
Chizo: I’d say it’s ok to get it done monthly, so every 4 weeks
Did the vellus hairs grow in thicker & longer?
Chizo: No, the vellus hairs did not grow back longer or thicker. Hair on the face have a terminal length. It took about 4weeks for the hairs to grow back.
